WS Development, a Massachusetts real estate firm, acquired Tice's Corner in Woodcliff Lake in October 2026 for $109.5 million, Cushman & Wakefield, which represented the buyer, said on Oct. 30. The price works out to about $912 per square foot, according to Joanna Manfro, a managing director at Cushman & Wakefield.
The open-air center sits at Chestnut Ridge Road and Tice Boulevard and has 28 stores and restaurants, among them Apple, Anthropologie, J.Crew, Free People, Madewell, Athleta, Bluemercury, and Ethan Allen. It spans 120,000 square feet. WS Development said it plans to add brands and local businesses across retail, beauty, wellness, and dining, along with art displays, events, and outdoor gathering spaces.
"Tice's Corner was a true generational opportunity that required the right capital and the ability to move quickly," Manfro wrote in a LinkedIn post on Friday, Oct. 30. "The transaction came together within days through a highly competitive, selective process."
Tice's Corner opened in 2001 on the former site of Tice's Farms, a Bergen County landmark that dated to the 1800s and was known for its apple cider and fall traditions.
WS Development did not give a date for the planned additions.
