MTM Standard, a student-run music label at Georgia State University, will hold a free live showcase at The Masquerade in Atlanta on Thursday, Nov. 12. The event features performances from the label's current roster and serves as the final event for the semester. Admission is free, with doors opening at 7 p.m. and the show beginning at 7:30 p.m.

The label has released four new projects from its artists over the last two weeks and the coming week. Natalie Nicole released the single “Who I Am” on Oct. 23. The track focuses on self-acceptance and artistic confidence. Anthony Quamé’s EP “Situations II - Reconcile” is scheduled for release on Nov. 6. The project explores the vulnerability of falling in love.

Two additional projects are set for release in mid-November. John Yesha’s 15-track sophomore album, titled “John,” drops on Nov. 13. The record details Yesha’s creative process and writer’s block. Kelseydog will release “I’m Falling in Love Again” on Nov. 20. The song addresses the uncertainty of new relationships through a mix of hard lyrics and soft textures.

The label’s alumni have also seen recent success. Morgan Lett, a music production and audio recording graduate from the class of 2026 and former MTM Standard artist, appeared on season 30 of NBC’s “The Voice.” Her blind audition of Mary J. Blige’s “I’m Goin’ Down” prompted coaches Queen Latifah and Riley Green to turn their chairs.

The Nov. 12 show will take place at The Masquerade, located at Kenny’s Alley at Underground Atlanta. The venue entrance is at 75 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive SW in Atlanta. Performers at the event include Half/Life, For College, Jadon-Li, Michael Mobley, John Yesha, Julie Millien, Anthony Quamé, and Natalie Nicole.

MTM Standard operates out of the Georgia State University School of Music in downtown Atlanta. The organization functions as a student-run distribution company and sync house. It incubates student artists and aspiring music executives, providing them with industry experience while they pursue their degrees.
