A Westwood home sold for $1.7 million on Tuesday, Oct. 27, setting a new record for the borough in 2026.

Max Stokes of Keller Williams represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction for the property at 22 Bryant Pl. Real estate records confirm this is the highest residential price achieved in Westwood this year. A previous high of $2.6 million was set in March 2025 for a home at 53 Crest Street.

The four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom Colonial was built in 2020. The interior includes a two-story foyer, formal living and dining areas, and a primary suite with two walk-in closets. The primary bathroom features a soaking tub and dual vanities. A chef's kitchen with dual ovens and a large center island connects to a great room containing a gas fireplace.

The backyard contains a heated swimming pool with a waterfall, installed in 2021. The pool is surrounded by a paver patio equipped with outdoor speakers and a gas line for grilling. The home also includes a Savant smart-home system, Lutron lighting, and surround sound. A spacious lower level offers space for recreation, an office, or a fitness area, while an attached two-car garage completes the property.

The sale reflects a broader upward trend in local housing costs. Westwood home prices rose 13.3% year-over-year. The median price for homes sold during the three months ending September 2026 was approximately $825,000, according to housing market data.
