Anderson Cooper and Andy Cohen will perform a live show in Philadelphia on Saturday, Nov. 14. The event is scheduled for 8 p.m. at the Academy of Music, located at 240 S. Broad St. in Philadelphia.

The performance, titled AC2: An Intimate Evening With Anderson Cooper & Andy Cohen, features the two men interviewing each other. They will trade stories and answer questions from the audience. The show follows no script. Viewers can expect the pair to discuss their personal lives, their careers, and their experiences in television.

Cooper is a CNN journalist known for covering major news stories. Cohen is a Bravo host known for reality television and celebrity interviews. Their different approaches to broadcasting are a central part of the show. Cooper previously told PhillyVoice in 2018 that their distinct personalities create a dynamic on stage. He noted that a live audience brings out a more animated side of him.

The two have been friends for more than 30 years. Their relationship began when mutual friends attempted to set them up on a blind date. That date did not happen after an initial phone call. They eventually became close friends and later co-hosted CNN's New Year's Eve broadcasts.

According to Cohen, this will be their first stage appearance together in Philadelphia in about 10 years. He stated in a recent story published on 6abc.com that the live format allows them to share stories they could not tell on television. The audience joins the conversation through questions near the end of the show.

Tickets are available through Ensemble Arts Philly. Prices vary by seat and availability. The event is described as an unscripted conversation featuring stories from the careers of Cooper and Cohen.
